Once upon a time, in a west side coffee shop, Lauren Kluth and I were brainstorming ways to celebrate the Cleveland food industry and share the constantly evolving landscape. Then BAM, it hit me! We should start a podcast! Cleveland has loads of great podcasts, but none that are dedicated just to sharing stories about the nationally recognized food scene. So here we are! Once a month we get together at a local establishment to record our podcast and conduct interviews with some of the most fascinating people in the food industry.
